About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers.
  • Schedule and lead all major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off, and Transition to Support.
  • Hold weekly status calls with customers and hold them accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain the project timeline in Smartsheet.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issues within the project, customer-facing or internal.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead critical conversations with customers and maintain executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, and Claude is a plus.
