About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers.
- Schedule and lead all major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off, and Transition to Support.
- Hold weekly status calls with customers and hold them accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage and maintain the project timeline in Smartsheet.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for issues within the project, customer-facing or internal.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lead critical conversations with customers and maintain executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, and Claude is a plus.
