About the role
- Maximize the output of the development team within a scrum framework to ensure success.
- Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work.
- Write crisp, well-reasoned PRDs and user stories that give engineering teams the clarity they need to build with confidence.
- Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs.
- Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos.
- Define and monitor product KPIs for your area, using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact.
- Work closely with fellow PMs on the Consumer team to ensure coherence across product areas and alignment on platform-level decisions.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketplace Partner team to drive alignment and unblock delivery.
- Analyze process and outcome data to identify opportunities and recommend changes.
- Understand user, customer and partner needs, working across departments to bring the partner products to life and communicate the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in building partner integrations is strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
