About the role
- Maximize the output of the development team within a scrum framework to ensure the product's success.
- Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express product backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work.
- Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos.
- Analyze user data and market data to identify product opportunities.
- Understand user and customer needs, working across departments to bring the product to life and communicate the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in building mortgage technology is strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
