About the role
- Associate Implementation Analyst will gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents
- Expected to provide and review product workbooks
- Responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting third-party issues
- Associate Implementation Analyst will support client validation configuration
- The role will have a growing understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients
- Expected to adhere to project schedules and effectively ensures all project resources meet expected timelines.
Requirements
- Entry-level professional within the subject area
- Requires basic skill set and proficiency
- Will conduct work assignments as directed
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience
- Ability to perform client/third Party Onboarding activities
- Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities
