About the role
- Conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications, and identify solutions.
- Attend client working sessions to ensure alignment on expectations, direction, and timelines.
- Draft and build deliverables for client engagements.
- Lead minor meetings and provide best practices guidance in straightforward scenarios.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the financial industry, credit unions, and MerdianLink is required.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks and support senior team members on more challenging projects.
- Strong analytical skills to review varied data and situations and determine appropriate actions within defined guidelines.
- Ability to adapt processes and methods as needed while exercising sound judgment.
- Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships to resolve issues collaboratively.
