About the role
- Lead team of independent contributors (ICs) to execute integrations for specific partners
- Participate in Partner Marketplace discussions to understand pending integrations
- Partner with product line peers to prioritize integrations
- Play key role in developing and executing strategy to improve partner integration approach and capabilities
- Communicate solutions to user problems with ICs and necessary teams
- Responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges that drive business impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to subordinates within parameters of MeridianLink policies
- Ability to interpret financials within the scope of MeridianLink's impact and longevity
- Ability to execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce
- Ability to work on issues requiring the analysis of data, and relevant factors and resolve problems
- Ability to develop and manage routine operational plans
- Ability to interact with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction requires interpreting and explaining information to audiences familiar with the subject
- Ability to gain the cooperation of others by conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects and programs
