Learning and Development

• Lead the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of essential skills within our sales organization.
• Design and develop training programs that align with sales competencies and goals.
• Create curriculum and lead training sessions focused on methodology, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a scalable, multi-modal sales curriculum (e.g., eLearning, live workshops, video content).
• Create and manage certification programs to validate knowledge and skill proficiency across roles.
• Deliver training on core selling skills: prospecting, negotiation, value-based selling, etc.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and tailor training accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure sales teams are up to date on product capabilities.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance metrics.
