About the role

  • Responsible for driving commercial growth, portfolio expansion, and market leadership.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life.
  • Portfolio strategy aligned to growth priorities and customer needs.
  • Product differentiation through pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization.
  • Conversion of market insights into actionable investment decisions.
  • Strong partnership with R&D and operations to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Lead pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and profitability initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing content to drive adoption.
  • Track KPIs to measure downstream marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and downstream marketing within life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent regulated markets
  • Proven people leader with experience managing teams in product management and/or downstream marketing
  • Demonstrated success owning product commercialization, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle performance
  • Strong experience using digital marketing and demand generation to drive measurable commercial outcome
  • Ability to simplify complex technical offerings into compelling, differentiated customer value
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and accountability.
