About the role
- Responsible for driving commercial growth, portfolio expansion, and market leadership.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life.
- Portfolio strategy aligned to growth priorities and customer needs.
- Product differentiation through pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization.
- Conversion of market insights into actionable investment decisions.
- Strong partnership with R&D and operations to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
- Lead pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and profitability initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing content to drive adoption.
- Track KPIs to measure downstream marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and downstream marketing within life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent regulated markets
- Proven people leader with experience managing teams in product management and/or downstream marketing
- Demonstrated success owning product commercialization, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle performance
- Strong experience using digital marketing and demand generation to drive measurable commercial outcome
- Ability to simplify complex technical offerings into compelling, differentiated customer value
- Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and accountability.
