About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all operations of assigned clinic(s) and product line(s)
  • Responsible for clinical outcomes, financial performance, and patient satisfaction scores for the assigned clinic(s) and product line(s)
  • Recruits, trains, and evaluates management and supervisory staff
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates clinic policies, goals, and objectives
  • Participates in the development and modifications of clinic and product line programs
  • Investigates and resolves complaints or refers unusual problems to superior
  • Works closely with Vice President in developing and implementing strategic policies
  • Maintains continuing development and implementation of clinic and product line QA & I program
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Three to five years of previous group practice management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Computer experience
