About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strong problem-solving abilities in complex situations.
- Participates and supports the plans in place for staff selection, evaluation, and orientation.
- Supports and partners with the Manager/Clinical Leader.
- Patient focused with a strong commitment to delivering quality, safety, and customer service.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN or upon hire BSN completion agreement for enrollment in an accredited BSN Completion Program.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of progressively responsible hospital nursing experience.
- Licensed as an RN in the State of practice.
- Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days
- Certification in specialty preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in complex situations.
- Outstanding relationship building skills.
