About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedules appointments and gives information to callers.
- Relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative details.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meetings.
- Maintains calendars and assists in scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Manages Amion (scheduling) for physicians' schedules.
- Resolves routine inquiries and completes physician payroll and timekeeping.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and three years related experience and/or training; or eight years of equivalent combination of education and experience; or five years of direct experience in level 1 role.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Excellent typing and word and Excel processing skills.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and database software preferred
