About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedules appointments and gives information to callers.
  • Relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative details.
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meetings.
  • Maintains calendars and assists in scheduling meetings and conferences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and three years related experience and/or training; or eight years of equivalent combination of education and experience; or five years of direct experience in level 1 role.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Excellent typing and word and Excel processing skills.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and database software preferred
