Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Masters' degree in a related field preferred
Certification in specialty desirable
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible hospital nursing leadership experience
Licensed as an RN in the state of practice
Excellent interpersonal/communication and conflict resolution skills
Genuine concern for people
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adept listener with the ability to interpret concerns
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
