About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work under the direction of the primary care operations team
- Work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care
- Partner with patients, providers, and other clinical care team members
- Drive quality outcomes for an attributed patient panel
- Perform duties consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure where nursing duties are performed
- Must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or successful completion within 30 days of hire
- Additional unit-specific certifications may be required, including ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and C-EFM
