About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This is a hybrid position that will require 20 hours/week onsite hours at Mercy Clinic Adult Psychiatry – Town and Country and 20 hours/week working remotely from Home
  • Remote duties include providing consults virtually and supporting the Collaborative Care program, which is behavioral health integration within the primary care setting
  • This will include phone calls to the PCP to review medications or next steps in care and working with the Case Managers on advice and brief interventions for their behavioral health needs

What you’ll need
  • Previous Advanced Practitioner experience prescribing and managing medications is required for this role
  • Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area
