Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree or master's degree in business or health administration from a top tier university with a consistent outstanding academic record
  • 10+ years in management consulting or within consulting function of health system or other business in an applicable industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge with financial, business and analytic applications and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with working with complex financial data sets
  • Strong skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment with demonstrated skills working with all levels within an organization including Executive team and Board
  • Ability to frame analytical questions, perform financial analyses and communicate related results
  • Ability to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
  • 15+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company (preferred).
