Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and analyze financial results for Mercy.
Monitor organizational performance and manage the forecasting process.
Manage the day-to-day processes within the Finance department to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all reports.
Provide analysis and support to administration and develop analytical tools and reports for departments.
Recommend process improvement strategies and work simplification to ensure coordination.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of five years accounting or financial management experience
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Knowledge of proper financial statement formats and disclosures required under GAAP
Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
