About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead managed care modeling and analytics to support contract strategy and performance optimization
- Drive financial performance across value-based and risk-bearing reimbursement models
- Partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to ensure readiness and success in managed care contracts
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leaders
- Develop and execute strategies that achieve key financial and performance targets
- Provide leadership on complex financial and operational challenges
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, timely results on strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, managed care, or related field
- Prior leadership experience
- Experience with hospital reimbursement and/or physician practice operations and reimbursement
