Key responsibilities & impact

Lead managed care modeling and analytics to support contract strategy and performance optimization
Drive financial performance across value-based and risk-bearing reimbursement models
Partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to ensure readiness and success in managed care contracts
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leaders
Develop and execute strategies that achieve key financial and performance targets
Provide leadership on complex financial and operational challenges
Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, timely results on strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration
5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, managed care, or related field
Prior leadership experience
Experience with hospital reimbursement and/or physician practice operations and reimbursement
