About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take a comprehensive approach involving multiple dimensions of the hospital, clinic, and other care setting operations
Primary focus includes workforce support, and technological systems support
Work in cooperation with workforce operations
Partner in Excellence in delivering tools, education & training, expertise, and focus to achieve sustainable change and positive outcomes
Implement Comprehensive Assessment findings
Perform in and support the key performance drivers of overall operational strategy
Support Improvement Projections
Participate in Action Plan Management Progress Tracking and support of Performance Analytics
Technology Implementation Support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business Admin or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role involving systems applications and/or analytics required
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaborative in a team environment
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Willingness to travel up to 40% within Mercy footprint MO, AR, OK & KS
Proficient in Microsoft Products: Office/Teams, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
Lean Six Sigma Experience Preferred
