Requirements

What you’ll need

Masters in Nursing or Healthcare related field
RN / NP license/certification
Strong Clinical Nursing background with Adult Med/Surg or ICU experience preferred
3 or more years experience in leading projects, initiatives or clinical operations at a progressive health system or hospital
exceptional organizational skills
advanced proficiency in data management and analysis
strong written and visual communication skills
