Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize Epic EHR data sources to build scalable analytics and AI-ready datasets
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align analytics solutions
Perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights
Leverage Databricks AI and Databricks Agent to automate workflows
Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations
Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams for data access and governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience analyzing Epic healthcare data models and reporting environments
Strong experience in data analytics and business analysis
Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Databricks Agent and AI/ML capabilities
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to real-world problems
