About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between MTS and the customer
- Capture agreed-upon business objectives and processes
- Facilitate process to gather/establish high level business requirements
- Lead and facilitate business partners and service providers conversations
- Develop and manage Project Pipeline Portfolio and 5-year Capital IT Project Portfolio
- Assist with development of annual and 5-year capital IT budgets
- Prepare Project Concept Proposals, Business Cases, and related Project Initiation documents
- Identify and document business strategies, objectives and drivers
- Calculate/estimate costs/benefits of alternative actions or solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience
