About the role
- Lead the Future of Analytics with Databricks AI and Advanced Insights
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives
- Perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights
- Leverage Databricks AI and Databricks Agent to automate workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making
- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex insights clearly and effectively
- Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to ensure proper data access and governance
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies for improved business outcomes
Requirements
- Strong experience in data analytics and business analysis
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Databricks Agent and AI/ML capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to real-world problems will be required
- Degree(s) in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology or related field experience
- Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field
