About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor compliance with MiCA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Advise management on regulatory obligations and how they apply to our business.
Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring across the organisation.
Oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Report compliance issues and findings to senior management and the board in a timely manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in regulatory compliance within financial services.
Good working knowledge of MiCA, DORA, and AML/CFT obligations.
Familiarity with consumer protection requirements.
Understanding of governance and outsourcing requirements.
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior management and the board.
