About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor compliance with MiCA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Advise management on regulatory obligations and how they apply to our business.
- Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring across the organisation.
- Oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures.
- Report compliance issues and findings to senior management and the board in a timely manner.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in regulatory compliance within financial services.
- Good working knowledge of MiCA, DORA, and AML/CFT obligations.
- Familiarity with consumer protection requirements.
- Understanding of governance and outsourcing requirements.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior management and the board.
