About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the product backlog for Pay-Out: feature definition, prioritization, sprint management.
- Drive the full development cycle in collaboration with engineering and business analysts.
- Conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies for new segments and products.
- Work closely with the sales team: collect feedback, translate it into product requirements, communicate updates back.
- Personally participate in sales conversations to gather first-hand market feedback (customer discovery).
- Build complete value chains for new segments — from technical infrastructure and legal/compliance setup to support processes and sales playbooks.
- Ensure proper legal and financial operations for the direction.
- Track and manage P&L, budgets, and sales funnels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in the payments industry with a focus on payout flows - disbursements, money remittance, payroll, or creator economy payouts.
- Hands-on experience with multiple payout channels: Visa/Mastercard push, alternative payment methods, cross-border payouts outside Europe.
- Experience working with payment providers: ability to navigate KYB, compliance requirements, and build long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of unit economics, P&L, and sales funnel management.
- Product methodology: Agile, backlog management, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in daily workflows (beyond basic ChatGPT usage).
