About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Mercury's Product Launch Program, including launch workflows, review processes, coordination, and retrospectives
  • Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program by coordinating rotations and partnering with managers and leadership
  • Build and own Product Manager onboarding through programming, documentation, and peer connections
  • Drive Product Culture programming across internal rituals, external events, and thought leadership
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, Recruiting, and People
  • Translate strategic direction into durable operating systems and continuously improve operating programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or a similar cross-functional role
  • Ideally supporting product or engineering organizations in a high-growth technology company
  • Track record of owning cross-functional programs from concept through execution
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design repeatable operating mechanisms
  • Instinct to improve and proactively simplify, accelerate, and strengthen programs
  • Excellent judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Product mindset focused on user needs, measuring outcomes, iteration, and continuous improvement
  • Bias toward action paired with sound judgment
