About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join an amazing team that is consistently recognized for our achievements and culture.
- Lead and manage analytics supporting the Sales organization.
- Partner with the broader sales analytics team on various analytics efforts.
- Develop and deliver analytics solutions and business insights/recommendations.
- Work directly with sales leadership and technical product managers.
- Oversee the development of complex models and A/B testing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience working in a P&C analytics role; experience working with sales/underwriting preferred
- Minimum: 6 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with P&C analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced skills with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Proven ability in leveraging data insights to improve business results
- Proven ability to develop relationships and drive results across various functions
- Intellectual and analytical curiosity
- Must have the ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes, simultaneously manage multiple projects and a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coach others.
- Ability to build momentum for change and action.
