Business Development Manager – Food Packaging

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identifying and developing new customers within food manufacturing, retail and foodservice
- Building relationships with key stakeholders (procurement, operations, NPD, technical teams)
- Selling a value-led, consultative packaging solution
- Managing the full sales process — from prospecting through to closing deals
- Developing and executing a clear commercial plan for your territory
- Tracking market trends, sustainability legislation, and competitor activity
- Partnering internally with technical, operations and supply chain teams to deliver solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in B2B sales / business development
- Experience selling into food manufacturers, processors, or foodservice networks
- Ability to sell technical or value-driven solutions
- Strong commercial drive with evidence of winning new business
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Self-motivation and comfort working in a field-based role
- Fluent French, with English ideally for wider group communication
