About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identifying and developing new customers within food manufacturing, retail and foodservice
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders (procurement, operations, NPD, technical teams)
  • Selling a value-led, consultative packaging solution
  • Managing the full sales process — from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Developing and executing a clear commercial plan for your territory
  • Tracking market trends, sustainability legislation, and competitor activity
  • Partnering internally with technical, operations and supply chain teams to deliver solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in B2B sales / business development
  • Experience selling into food manufacturers, processors, or foodservice networks
  • Ability to sell technical or value-driven solutions
  • Strong commercial drive with evidence of winning new business
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Self-motivation and comfort working in a field-based role
  • Fluent French, with English ideally for wider group communication
