About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business with MEP contractors, electrical contractors and specialist subcontractors
- Work a live project pipeline — getting in early and staying close through to order
- Build relationships with QSs, PMs, buyers and decision-makers on site and in offices
- Grow a base of key accounts while continuing to bring new contractors on board
- Work alongside internal technical teams to support projects through delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling into MEP / building services contractors
- Background in HVAC, BMS, electrical, lighting or similar
- Good connections across the London contractor market
- Someone proactive, credible and comfortable opening doors
- A track record of winning work, not just managing accounts
