About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process wholesale and B2B orders accurately from order entry through shipment
  • Resolve returns, refunds, reships, deductions, and customer issues promptly
  • Review purchase orders, pricing, quantities, and terms before release
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis, vendor forms, new item documentation, and account paperwork
  • Verify new wholesale accounts and maintain complete customer records
  • Build relationships with wholesale buyers and support the outside sales team
  • Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and customer education
  • Monitor pricing policies, account compliance, inventory availability, and product dating
  • Maintain CRM records, promotions, discounts, and account information
  • Serve as the primary contact for wholesale phone and email inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional attention to detail with consistently accurate work
  • Experience managing high-volume order processing or customer account administration
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with outstanding follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience using CRM, database, or order-management systems
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
  • Preferred: Experience supporting wholesale or B2B customers
  • Preferred: Knowledge of health, wellness, or nutritional supplement products
  • Preferred: Experience with customer account management and inside sales support
