About the role
- Generating and pursuing prospects within your assigned region to sign new rental clients
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, calls, and virtual connections
- Gathering market intelligence to negotiate pricing, delivery, and client specifications effectively
- Supporting management with the development of new products and services
- Maintaining accurate and complete data in Salesforce
- Delivering compelling presentations that bring the Merchants value proposition to life
- Traveling 25–30% of the time to visit clients and prospects
Requirements
- Proven record of top-performing sales success
- Experience in contractual and strategic negotiations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to move opportunities from idea to close
- Natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record
