About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage your own pipeline of net-new prospects through outbound calling, inbound leads, and referral sources.
- Qualify prospective merchants' financing needs and match them with the right product and funding structure.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and prepare funding applications and terms, guiding merchants through the process from first conversation to funding.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce and Salesloft.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of outbound, phone-based sales experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or another fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative, confident approach to selling and handling objections
- A diploma or degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar)
