About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and implement training initiatives related to workflow/process as well as computer programs, software and applications
- Communicate and collaborate with firm leadership to ensure all strategic initiatives are being supported from a training perspective
- Develop programming to promote skill development to enhance user expertise and improve productivity of the Firm’s employees
- Deliver new hire orientation; oversee new hire onboarding and other developmental training programs including conducting follow-ups to quickly integrate new hires into the Firm
- Proactively establish positive working relationships across the firm, partnering with the department chairs within the organization
- Collaborate with administrative and attorney practice leaders to analyze training needs
- Create documentation for all trainings and develop/manage repository for training resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of three (3) days in the office required
- Excellent computer skills; experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment and experience with a major Windows application(s), preferably Word and the Microsoft Office Suite, iManage
- Thorough command of the industry language and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical users
- Ability to recognize student learning styles and technical ability and to adapt training approach accordingly
- Self-directed with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering best practices, including context-setting, iterative prompting, confidentiality considerations, and evaluating AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, and compliance with firm standards
