About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all training aspects within the firm
Create training materials and execute training sessions
Evaluate skills and needs of new and existing employees
Facilitate technology adoption
Support the firm’s technology skill development strategy
Provide new-hire onboarding systems training
Deliver periodic refresher training
Promote underutilized tools and features
administer or support firm-wide application roll-outs
Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Practice Group Leaders, and other managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of three (3) days in the office is required
Excellent computer skills
Experience working in Microsoft Windows environment
Experience with major Windows applications, preferably Word and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with iManage and traditional legal software applications
Knowledge of emerging AI toolsets and platforms
Excellent presentation skills
Extensive experience delivering training programs in various environments and formats
Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and applications
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
