About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all training aspects within the firm
  • Create training materials and execute training sessions
  • Evaluate skills and needs of new and existing employees
  • Facilitate technology adoption
  • Support the firm’s technology skill development strategy
  • Provide new-hire onboarding systems training
  • Deliver periodic refresher training
  • Promote underutilized tools and features
  • administer or support firm-wide application roll-outs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of three (3) days in the office is required
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience working in Microsoft Windows environment
  • Experience with major Windows applications, preferably Word and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with iManage and traditional legal software applications
  • Knowledge of emerging AI toolsets and platforms
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Extensive experience delivering training programs in various environments and formats
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and applications
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
