About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for providing leadership to the Direct Client Development team.
Motivate and encourage client development team members to ensure targets are met.
Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports.
Partner with the leadership team to create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our client base.
Recruit sales team members, set objectives, train and coach them and monitor their performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related)
5+ years financial services industry experience at a minimum; high-volume sales, relationship management, or client service experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of Sales team management strongly preferred.
CFP or CFA preferred but if not, Series 65 is required or the ability to obtain quickly.
Experience with Digital Marketing Intelligence tools is a huge PLUS.
Ability Influence and motivate.
Ability to provide effective performance coaching and feedback.
Excellent communication skills
Client service background preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficiency with Salesforce
Experience working with high-level, busy professionals.
Enjoy leading and being part of a team.
Must be highly flexible and confidential with all matters.
