About the role
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage and analyze headcount plans, movement, and analysis working closely with cross functional teams.
- Maintain and evolve capacity models for sales, relationship management, and value-added services across customer segments and markets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management, investors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, analyze trends, identify areas for business optimization.
- Collaborate with enterprise-wide teams to develop annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and provide recommendations to optimize capital allocation.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
- 2+ years of experience in finance related roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
