About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across your market.
- Translate the business pains of the organization into a value based selling approach to drive large strategic engagements.
- Own the entire sales journey from first contact and discovery to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and upselling.
- Confidently demonstrate the value and impact of Mercell’s SaaS platform to organisations of all sizes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, using insights to optimise pipeline and sales performance.
- Stay ahead of developments in the local and European public procurement landscape to uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience (ideally 3-5 years) managing a full B2B SaaS sales cycle, preferably to the public sector or highly regulated industries with a tender driven sales motion.
- Strong experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation with demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, building trust and credibility.
- Explaining the value of technical or SaaS solutions to a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian.
