Customer Success Assistant, Student
MercellCustomer Success Assistant supporting inquiries and managing administrative tasks in a hybrid environment at Mercell. Engaging with suppliers and public sector customers to enhance user experiences.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to and handle customer inquiries regarding billing, price adjustments, and account information.
- Distribute and follow up on internal cases for quick resolution of customer problems.
- Maintain customer data in our CRM system and Case system and use tools to improve workflows.
- Build good customer relationships and work proactively to solve their needs.
- Support the Customer Success team in various projects and tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled as a student in Business administration, Economics or a related bachelor's or master's degree
- Experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing roles
- Good computer and system skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, or Latvian.
