About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively engage relevant decision-makers across the Swedish market, with a strong focus on warm inbound leads and customer-generated enquiries, complemented by targeted outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities, maintaining a strong and consistent pipeline for the sales team.
  • Schedule and hand over high-quality meetings (SQLs) to Account Executives, following structured qualification frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring full pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
  • Continuously refine your outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong outbound experience and confidence in high-volume prospecting activities
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and structured pipeline management
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and effectively qualify opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English at professional level.
