Sales Development Representative – SDR
MercellSales Development Representative engaging decision-makers in the Swedish market for public procurement solutions. Proactively qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively engage relevant decision-makers across the Swedish market, with a strong focus on warm inbound leads and customer-generated enquiries, complemented by targeted outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities, maintaining a strong and consistent pipeline for the sales team.
- Schedule and hand over high-quality meetings (SQLs) to Account Executives, following structured qualification frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring full pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
- Continuously refine your outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong outbound experience and confidence in high-volume prospecting activities
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and structured pipeline management
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and effectively qualify opportunities
- Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English at professional level.
