About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the team of technical consultants for the bus segment across the national territory and internal support teams;
  • Ensure the technical management of customers and dealerships, guaranteeing compliance with workshop routines, technical support, fault diagnosis and process mapping;
  • Supervise workshop capacity planning, field-failure management and the internal routing of technical requests;
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and internal company areas, promoting effective solutions for the market;
  • Lead initiatives related to e-mobility and emerging technologies in the commercial vehicle segment;
  • Support the product launch team and contribute strategic insights for the development of new services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
  • Deep knowledge of bus products and the bus market, with at least 4 years of experience in the bus sector;
  • Fault diagnosis strategies and proficiency with Xentry Diagnosis and Xentry Portal;
  • Experience with after-sales processes, workshops and dealerships;
  • Knowledge of onboard technologies (telemetry, remote diagnostics, etc.);
  • Familiarity with management tools such as metrics, NPS and KPIs;
  • Battery management and high-voltage systems experience;
  • Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI, 365) and AI tools;
  • Planning and delivering technical training for field teams and the dealership network;
  • Preparation of management reports and executive presentations for the board and related areas (sales, quality, engineering);
  • Intermediate English.
