About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communication at Trade Shows and Events: Plan and execute the presence of digital solutions at physical trade shows (e.g., Fenatran, Frotas Conectadas), coordinating everything from defining key messages to hands-on demonstrations of the tools at the booth;
- Governance of Digital Channels: Develop and operationalize editorial calendars and strategic content for digital channels, focusing on strengthening the market positioning of Mercedes‑Benz digital solutions;
- Promotion of Benefits (PMM): Communicate the differentiators of Fleetboard (fleet management), MB Uptime (maintenance management) and other Digital Solutions, creating materials that help customers understand the added value and cost savings delivered;
- Inbound and Engagement: Structure communication flows and relationship journeys (email marketing/notifications) to encourage continuous and effective use of the tools by the dealer network and end customers;
- Local Product Owner for Fleetboard: Define priorities and requirements for continuous improvement of Fleetboard and other Digital Solutions, collecting needs through customer interaction and ensuring they are translated into features via effective demand and backlog management with the various responsible teams in Brazil and abroad;
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects related to the continuous improvement of commercial vehicle digital services, contributing to higher perceived customer value, profitability and long-term market presence. End-to-end focus (vehicle connectivity through to customer experience), i.e., specify and validate the onboard solution;
- Multidisciplinary Interface: Organize and lead meetings with IT (Brazil/Germany), Legal (LGPD), Procurement, Sales and business partners to ensure the technical and commercial feasibility of solutions, developing and defending business models and business cases when necessary;
- Business Intelligence: Build Power BI dashboards to monitor usage and performance KPIs for the solutions, generating insights for new communication campaigns;
- Support other activities within the digital solutions area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed; preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Communication, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Intermediate English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings with global teams;
- Strong experience in Project Management (Agile/Waterfall/Predictive);
- Direct experience in Marketing and Communication (planning and execution of events and digital activities);
- Contract management experience related to the development of digital solutions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience with vehicle telemetry, Fleetboard or MB Uptime;
- Experience organizing technical booths at large trade shows/events;
- Familiarity with marketing automation (CRM and digital channels);
- Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
- Experience with Power BI.
