About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and management of the portfolio of Direct Clients, MPC, General Distributors (GDs) and Implementers/Upfitters (external market).
  • Act as the focal point within Mercedes‑Benz Brazil (MBBras) to support regional offices and General Distributors (GDs), providing active contribution and transparency through tracking orders and ensuring shipping deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a continuous interface between the market and internal areas, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Outbound, Treasury, Legal, Controlling and Compliance.
  • Support GDs and Regional offices in structuring CTC technical offers, ensuring alignment between final customer requirements, market strategy, the factory’s production capabilities and required customizations.
  • Support markets in the truck homologation (type approval) process, coordinating the submission and tracking of technical requirements between the responsible internal areas and foreign approval authorities.
  • Manage, together with internal areas, the portfolio of implementers and international customers who purchase MBBras trucks directly for upfitting and subsequent sale in external markets.
  • Lead the qualification and maintenance process for partners according to the defined business model, including compliance reviews and the commercial, contractual and documentary validations necessary for operation.
  • Collect, validate and process orders, ensuring technical and commercial consistency and adherence to internal policies.
  • Monitor the full order cycle, including order entry and confirmation, planning, and follow-up of production and delivery.
  • Proactively manage deviations, risks and exceptions, ensuring deadlines, commercial commitments and expectations of partners and GDs are met.
  • Participate in CKD truck projects by gathering technical and homologation requirements from international customers and coordinating the analysis with internal Engineering and Production areas, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance of CKD batches.
  • Manage and monitor payment terms for invoice processing, ensuring compliance with contractual pricing and payment modalities, with the objective of reducing the time between production release and shipment.
  • Act with a sense of ownership, taking direct responsibility—both managerial and hands‑on—for identifying and resolving issues that impact the performance and competitiveness of MBBras trucks in overseas markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of vehicles, with the ability to understand and explain configurations, applications, competitive differentiators and technical limitations from a commercial perspective.
  • Ability to connect customer and market needs to available product solutions, acting as a link between GDs, partners, Regional offices, CTT and implementer partners.
  • Experience in the end-to-end commercial sales process, including: defining the truck’s technical configuration; structuring commercial offers; pricing; and order collection, validation and support.
  • Advanced English is essential for participating in meetings, negotiations and multicultural projects with external markets and global stakeholders.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
