About the role

  • Administer and keep corporate databases up to date (inventory, sales, customers, pricing, and historical records).
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency and security of information.
  • Manage the usage and performance of commercial systems (CRM, ERP, advertising platforms, etc.).
  • Implement technological improvements and integrations between platforms.
  • Collect, process and analyze internal and market data.
  • Create models and reports that turn data into strategic insights.
  • Support management in defining commercial policies, pricing and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to sales, profitability, inventory turnover and team performance.
  • Create and update residual value calculation models for used trucks based on historical data, age, brand, mileage and market conditions.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team for pricing and margin setting.
  • Maintain comparison tables and depreciation analyses by category and model.
  • Provide reports and analyses to support strategic decisions by the board.
  • Promote a data-driven management culture.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Experience in negotiation, margin analysis and management of decision-making committees;
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.);
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM systems and sales platforms;
  • Knowledge of statistics, pricing and asset depreciation analysis.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Strategic Management;
  • Experience in valuation and purchase of heavy vehicles, trucks or corporate fleet.
