About the role

  • Calculate, consolidate and report the financial results of the Truck Business Unit for Latin America;
  • Prepare short-, medium- and long-term financial planning, including monthly forecasts, and analyze KPIs such as Contribution Margin, EBIT, Break-even and RoS (Return on Sales);
  • Set and monitor financial targets in alignment with the global strategic plan, ensuring continuous performance tracking and providing decision-support through profitability and efficiency analyses;
  • Work directly with global teams, managing workflows in multicultural environments and promoting synergy across regions;
  • Actively participate in financial reviews with the CFO and the Finance Board of Mercedes‑Benz Brazil (MBBras);
  • Collaborate on digitization and reporting automation projects within Result Controlling to improve the speed, reliability and transparency of management information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience in finance;
  • Advanced English (oral assessment will be conducted);
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership;
  • Experience analyzing income statements (DRE - Demonstrativo de Resultados);
  • Knowledge of contribution margin, EBIT and RoS calculations;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
