About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately enter and process new and refill prescriptions in pharmacy management systems
Contact patients and prescribers to collect missing information
Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to support patient care and pharmacy services
Report drug adverse events to internal systems and client portals
Demonstrate discretion in handling protected health information (PHI) and maintain patient confidentiality
Navigate pharmacy systems to confirm, document, and reconcile orders
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and operational reviews
Work cross-functionally with pharmacists, technicians, hub personnel, and fulfillment teams
Participate in training, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in onboarding and mentoring new technicians as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Trainee License – Arizona Location (required)
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
1+ years of pharmacy experience (retail, hospital, or specialty preferred)
Must pass background check and drug screening prior to employment
Must be able to work on-site 2–5 days per week, depending on operational needs and job responsibilities
