Sales Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring revenue targets are met and commercial execution is excellent.
- Be responsible for optimizing the sales process, using analytics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.
- Work with SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses).
- Monitor performance indicators, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and ensure consistent completion of management cycles.
- Analyze commercial data and metrics to support decision-making and drive sustainable results.
- Conduct training, coaching and periodic call reviews, ensuring the team’s technical and behavioral development.
- Study, disseminate and continuously apply sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCTBA and Comercial 2.0.
- Optimize commercial processes in partnership with internal teams, promoting greater operational efficiency and a better experience for customers and the team.
- Track the sales pipeline, support strategic negotiations and participate directly in more complex opportunities.
- Create and implement initiatives for motivation, recognition and development, strengthening engagement and team productivity.
- Prepare and present management performance reports to the board and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary person responsible for the team’s results, ensuring predictability, growth and excellence in commercial operations.
- Work directly with AI to optimize and improve processes and team development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Proven experience managing commercial teams at SaaS companies.
- Experience in consultative sales, negotiation and deal closing.
- Knowledge of demand generation, prospecting and sales funnel management.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCTBA, BANT, Challenger Sale and/or Comercial 2.0.
- Familiarity with the Sales Machine (Predictable Revenue) methodology.
- Experience managing commercial pipelines and sales forecasting.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage commercial operations.
- Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with result analysis tools.
- Experience preparing and presenting management reports.
- You will stand out if you have:
- Experience in technology companies or startups.
- Courses or certifications in Leadership, People Management or Team Development.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience with MeetRox and Gemini.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar data analysis tools.
