About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct the full recruitment cycle for high-complexity positions in Tech (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data, Product) and Business (Sales, Customer Success, Support), ensuring a strategic end-to-end perspective;
  • Align candidate profiles with leadership, understanding the technical and behavioral requirements of the role;
  • Actively source candidates across channels (LinkedIn, GitHub);
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, assessing cultural fit and role match;
  • Manage the recruitment funnel, ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience, as well as a good experience for internal stakeholders;
  • Create, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, stage conversion, hire quality);
  • Support and lead process improvement and intelligence projects, digital transformation, and data initiatives;
  • Support continuous improvement of selection processes and the development of best practices;
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the process;
  • Act as a partner to multiple areas such as DHO, HRBP, EB, People Analytics, and Culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Previous experience recruiting for technology and business roles;
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Experience and familiarity with recruitment ATS platforms (Gupy, Inhire, Greenhouse);
  • Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub);
  • Experience creating and maintaining recruitment metrics and using tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker);
