About the role
- Conduct active prospecting with a focus on outbound phone calls;
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Account Executive (AE);
- Record and update all interactions daily in the CRM and tracking spreadsheets;
- Organize daily work routines and define outreach strategies to maximize results;
- Participate in bench sessions and team knowledge-sharing to drive continuous learning and performance improvement;
- Continuously develop public speaking and refine the sales pitch, applying methodologies such as SPIN Selling in approaches.
Requirements
- Proven experience with active outbound prospecting, Inside Sales, or Pre-Sales, working with volume and quality targets;
- Practical knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and negotiation techniques;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, comfortable analyzing data, KPIs, and tracking spreadsheets;
- Ability to conduct consultative conversations, build rapport, and handle objections;
- Organized and autonomous, able to manage own routine, prioritize tasks, and follow commercial processes;
- Performance-oriented profile, with the ability to read metrics and focus on continuous improvement;
- Resilience, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility for results.
- Courses and/or certifications in Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, or Inside Sales;
- Experience with CRM tools and disciplined recording and follow-up practices;
- Previous experience in high-cadence environments with clear targets;
