About the role
- Your mission will be to be the key person ensuring that our new clients—food retail businesses of all sizes—have an excellent implementation experience.
- In this role, you will lead the implementation project for our products, ensuring the systems meet each client's requirements and that integrations with partner ERPs are successful.
- Lead the Kick-off: Be the first technical point of contact with the client to start the implementation project.
- Manage the Project: Schedule and facilitate regular alignment and follow-up meetings, ensuring the client is always aware of the next steps.
- Analyze and Plan: Identify each client's profile and needs to anticipate project scope, foresee potential challenges, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Document and Record: Keep all records and project progress up to date in our internal tools (such as Jira), following Mercafacil's quality standards.
- Collaborate and Integrate: Continuously interact with Mercafacil's partner areas (Development, Support, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure project delivery on time and with the highest quality.
Requirements

- Previous experience with software implementation, especially in technology (SaaS) companies.
- Experience in corporate customer service or client relationship roles (B2B).
- Practical knowledge of the retail sector, especially food retail.
- Proven experience using Jira for project management.
- Previous experience working directly with a management system (ERP).
