About the role
- This role is responsible for interacting with partners to perform integrations between Mercafacil and external systems.
- Interact with partners and clients to control, correct, and monitor existing integrations, resolving issues and inconsistencies observed during operations, and supporting internal teams in monitoring and ensuring integration and project quality.
- Monitor the development, testing, and validation of integrations together with stakeholders.
- Understand project requirements and ensure that stipulated criteria are met.
- Manage test environments to validate new integrations and verify that transacted data matches expectations.
- Consistently document and detail projects for internal knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution.
- Monitor integrations by performing comprehensive analysis between the database and transacted information.
- Analyze logs and monitor observability dashboards.
- Execute deployment procedures for the solution in the client's environment.
Requirements
- Degree or coursework preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems (process management, software installation, and remote access).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience performing system installation setups.
- Basic knowledge of APIs.
- Basic SQL skills, including creating and analyzing queries for data verification and processing.
- Ability to create and update documentation detailing projects and integrations.
- Training in agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience with projects and integrations between technology solutions.
- Skills in creating and updating technical documentation.
- Experience working with ERPs.
- Experience and skills in analyzing deliverable consistency, validating configurations, and reviewing error logs.
