About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely payment to facilities service providers and fixed partners by monitoring contracts, invoices, and fiscal documents.
- Manage requests related to parking and corporate mobile lines.
- Place orders and control inventory of disposables, beverages, coffee supplies, office materials, and hygiene products.
- Request, follow up on, and support coordination of preventive and corrective office maintenance (air conditioning, water coolers, pest control, equipment, and physical spaces).
- Generate labels, organize shipments, and monitor pickups via the postal service (Correios).
- Manage access, registrations, and authorizations related to the office.
- Ensure organization and proper functioning of common areas such as meeting rooms, the break room, and shared spaces.
- Support internal initiatives such as service-anniversary gifts, birthday celebrations, special kits, vouchers, giveaways, and awards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative routines, facilities, or human resources is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a team.

- Introductory courses in facilities management and occupational safety.
- Basic knowledge of facilities management, including principles of building maintenance and space management.
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to corporate environments.
- Experience in corporate environments, understanding workflow dynamics across different departments.
- Practical experience in building maintenance projects or space organization.
